senior living communities, libraries, businesses, nonprofits, and private groups.

Services are provided by custom quote and agreement unless otherwise stated.

Quotes

All quotes are customized based on the requested experience, group size, materials, travel requirements, and event details.

Quotes are valid for the time period specified within the proposal.

Booking

A booking is considered confirmed only after both parties agree to the event details and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual quote or invoice.

Late payments may result in cancellation or rescheduling of services.

Event Changes

BELIVRA reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to workshop activities or materials if necessary due to availability or circumstances beyond our control while maintaining the overall quality of the experience.

Photography & Media

BELIVRA may capture photographs or short videos during workshops and events for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including use on our website, social media channels, printed materials, and other marketing content.

We are committed to respecting the privacy of our clients and participants.

If the event organizer or venue requests that no photography be taken, or identifies participants who should not appear in photos or videos, BELIVRA will make every reasonable effort to honor those requests.

For programs involving minors, BELIVRA will only use photographs or videos of children when appropriate permission has been obtained through the client, school, organization, or a signed parent or guardian media release.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, photographs, workshop concepts, graphics, and written materials remain the property of BELIVRA unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

BELIVRA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services or use of this website.
